As
a DLMusic
Affiliate
Retailer I will provide such
quantites of CD Albums
and / or Single MP3 Digital Downloads as outlined in the About
Us
section of the DLMusic website.
I
also acknowledge that I can set
the price for the items
that I have submitted to DLMusic
for sale on the DLMusic
website.
I
accept the terms for the Payment of any sales as set out in
the About
Us section
of the DLMusic
website and
am aware that I will receive a
monthly account of all sales of my products administered for sale on
the DLMusic
website.
I am also aware that I will receive payment from
such sales once the minimum amount for the sold items has been reached,
as
set out in the About
Us section
of the DLMusic
website.
I am aware of, and accept
the agreed
commission share of 80% of the
retail price of the item, to
myself, as the DLMusic
Affiliate Retailer, and 20% of the retail price of
the item paid
to DLMusic WorldWide Distribution.
This
agreement shall remain in force
until cancelled by either party upon 60 days written notice to the
other party.
If this agreement is
cancelled, DLMusic
WorldWide Distribution
agrees to
pay to
the DLMusic
Affiliate
Retailer all moneys held by DLMusic
WorldWide Distribution
on behalf of
the DLMusic
Affiliate
Retailer and the return of
all unsold stock kept on hand
at the DLMusic
WorldWide Distribution
premises.
Should any unsold stock have to be returned
to the DLMusic
Affiliate
Retailer, the price of
postage will be
deducted from any monies owing to the DLMusic
Affiliate Retailer.
By
submitting my particulars, in the spaces provided below, I hereby agree
to the terms as stated in the DLMusic
Affiliate Retailer Agreement.
